From 1 June, the price of Rolex’s precious metal watches was raised by about 4% to cover the increase in costs due to the rise in gold prices. This is also the second time Rolex has raised prices this year, after the first increase on 1 January. Prices for stainless steel watchesremain the same.
The price of the Yacht-Master 40 mm in rose gold went up by £1,000 (+4%) to £26,300. The price of the Day-Date 40 mm in white gold increased by £1,400 (+3.8%) to £37,800. The price of the Submariner in steel stayed the same, while the platinum model went up by £1,500 (+4.1%) to £38,200. The same is true for the Cosmograph Daytona, where the price of the steel watch remained stable, with the white gold model rising by £1,500 (+4%) to £38,700.
Since 2022, the price of Rolex watches has increased by almost 15% on average. Among them, the Cosmograph Daytona platinum watch saw the highest increase of 19.3%.
